What we ask of you

✓ A free stretch of wall we can mount the device on with industrial tape — no drilling, no marks left behind
✓ Honest feedback, including when it annoys you. Two or three short conversations and a short survey
✓ Permission to use what the device records for research and development, under the written terms you get beforehand
✓ Agreement from everyone living in the home
✓ That you are taking part in a pre-release programme, and will tell us when something looks wrong — including alarms that should not have happened

Worth being clear about

It is a pre-release. During the programme the device runs experimental versions of our software. It may miss something, and it may raise an alarm when nothing happened. It can genuinely help — but please keep whatever you rely on today, and do not let this be the only thing standing between someone and help.
It is not a medical study. No diagnosis, no health assessment.
It is not a purchase. Applying costs nothing, obliges you to nothing, and gives no claim to a device.
